Reception area lacks charm and feels basic!!! Better communication from staff regarding amenities needed!!! Shuttle service ends early, limiting evening excursions to Ubud!!! Food quality needs significant improvement to match expectations!!!

A small bummer was the noise of frogs ribbiting away at night—definitely not a lullaby! Also, the layout felt a bit cramped with dining areas mixed in with other facilities. Still, everything else sparkled brightly in this little paradise.

Staying here with our grandchildren was a dream. The beautiful views from our villa made every morning special. We enjoyed wellness activities, and the complimentary yoga classes helped us relax after exploring Ubud. The staff, especially Miss Egik, went above and beyond for us.

My kids wished the kids' pool was deeper and more engaging. A little play area with toys would have been fun for them.

During my stay, the stunning views and attentive staff made Jannata Resort & Spa a delightful experience. The room offered incredible comfort, although there was an unexpected 1.5-hour wait for check-in. Overall, a memorable getaway amidst Bali's beauty, with charming touches throughout.

The private pool was the cherry on top of our stay, and we loved how much time we spent relaxing in the inviting wellness center getting massages. We enjoyed unwinding by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, soaking in the vibes. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from the fantastic experience! 🌴
